We would like to congratulate the eight recipients of our 2018 Bela Family Dentistry Academic Scholarship of $1,000. Each of these students showed excellence in academic performance, involvement in extra-curricular activities and engagement in community organizations. We believe this recognition to be well-deserved for each of our recipients and look forward to seeing their bright futures ahead. - Augusta – Alycee Wilder will be attending Savannah College of Art and Design to pursue costume and fashion design.
- Darlington – Lanie Kirby will be attending Clemson University to major in health sciences.
- Edgefield – Alexis Williams will be attending the College of Charleston to pursue becoming a nurse practitioner.
- Florence – Connor Purvis will be attending Francis Marion University where he will focus on legal studies.
- Irmo – Isaiah Bowman will be attending the University of South Carolina where he plans to major in Music Performance and minor in Audio Recording Engineering.
- Kershaw – Jadon Vick will attend Clemson University and plans to major in Bioengineering.
- Newberry – Amber Suber will attend Clemson University where she plans to major in business with a focus on healthcare management.
- Sandhills – Patrick Dodd will attend TriCounty Technical College in the Bridge to Clemson program to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Technology.
