We’re excited you’re here and considering joining us at Bela Family Dentistry.
We’ll tell you a little about us, and then chat about who you are.
First and foremost, we are a patient-centric practice. Each person that walks through our door is treated like family, and we want to make them comfortable. Our goals are their goals. Whether they’re looking for a simple cleaning or a total smile makeover, we do what we can to make their dreams a reality.
Our mission revolves around a patient’s complete health. We operate on the philosophy that oral health directly impacts the rest of the body. We focus on their entire mouth, not just one tooth.

Bela Family Dentistry was founded on the idea that great dentistry should not be limited by where someone lives. We wanted to serve our rural communities and make sure they received high-quality dental care.
We began expanding and now serve people across Georgia and South Carolina.
You love your community. At Bela Family Dentistry, we want to make better every city and town that we call home. So we offer a scholarship to high school students, and our staff donates their time through various organizations and volunteer efforts.
Now, let’s talk about you.
You’re a good fit for Bela if you’re passionate about patient care. You want to build a relationship with those for whom you provide care and help them achieve a better quality of life.
You believe that oral health affects a person’s whole health. Regular appointments and being proactive in preventing issues is a key part of maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
You get the total patient experience. From the time they walk into the door, until they leave, a patient should have a great experience that makes them want to tell others about Bela.
You’re collaborative. You love working with the team and learning. If you join us, you’ll have access to educational opportunities and a group of outstanding doctors who meet every six weeks to discuss how to improve our model of care.
Sure, we have great coffee and smiling staff (we are dentists after all). However, the benefits of working here go a little deeper than that.
We offer incentives and opportunities here that will expand your understanding of dentistry. When you join our team, we’re there to support you as your career grows.
Each office works together for the patient’s good. That’s why we consistently meet as a team and discuss ways we can be better.
“I love my staff. Our main focus is trying to make it feel like every patient is the only patient in the office.” -Dr. Cornelius, Kershaw office
Continued education is a cornerstone of our practice. We have access to Spear Education courses and routinely have guest speakers come visit our staff.
Our salary is above the industry average, and we offer a full range of benefits, including 401K.
• Registered Dental Hygienist
• Oral Surgeon

We’re always looking for talented professionals. Even if you don’t see your position listed as open, submit your resume to us.
